Titan Forge LLC is based in Springville, Utah and serves Utah County and the surrounding areas. Most fabrication is completed in our shop, with mobile welding and field installation available when the project requires it.

Do you offer mobile welding services?

Yes. Mobile welding is available for projects that cannot reasonably be brought to the shop, including repairs, field modifications, installation work, structural connections, equipment repairs, and trailer modifications.

Mobile work is priced differently than shop work because it includes travel, equipment loading, setup time, consumables, and jobsite conditions. When practical, bringing an item to the shop is usually the most cost-effective option.

What types of projects do you handle?

Titan Forge handles custom metal fabrication, welding repairs, railings, gates, stairs, trailer modifications, equipment repairs, structural support components, fencing, custom furniture, brackets, carts, racks, and other specialty metalwork.

We also provide CNC plasma cutting for custom brackets, gussets, base plates, signs, decorative panels, repair parts, templates, flanges, mounting plates, and production-style parts. Our CNC plasma table allows us to cut accurate parts from CAD files, DXF files, sketches, or custom layouts before they move into fabrication or welding.

We work with homeowners, contractors, businesses, property managers, restoration companies, and DIY customers who need a part fabricated, cut, repaired, modified, or installed correctly.

What materials and welding processes do you offer?

Titan Forge works primarily with carbon steel, including mild and structural grades. We also offer aluminum welding and can discuss stainless steel or specialty materials depending on the project.

Available welding processes include MIG, TIG, and stick (SMAW) welding. The right process depends on the material, thickness, location, appearance requirements, and structural needs of the project.

Do you offer custom fabrication?

Yes. Custom fabrication is one of our main services. We can work from construction drawings, CAD files, field measurements, sketches, or photos.

Every custom project starts with understanding the purpose, dimensions, material requirements, attachment method, finish, and installation needs before fabrication begins.

Do I need to provide engineering drawings?

Not always. Simple residential repairs, railings, gates, and brackets can often be built from basic measurements without formal drawings.

Projects involving structural loads, commercial requirements, permits, unusual attachment conditions, or code-sensitive work may require engineered drawings or review by a licensed engineer. Titan Forge can fabricate from engineered plans, but stamped engineering is not included unless specifically stated in writing.

Do you take one-off projects?

Yes. One-off and custom projects are a major part of what we do. Whether you need a single replacement part, a custom gate, a railing system, a trailer modification, or a fabricated solution to a problem with no off-the-shelf answer, we are set up to handle unique work.

Do you offer consultations and quotes?

Yes. We take each inquiry seriously and want to make sure the project is understood before pricing or fabrication begins.

For many straightforward projects, we can provide an initial budget range based on photos, dimensions, location, and a description of what you need.

More detailed projects may require a site visit, field measurements, CAD drawings, material takeoffs, or design work before a final proposal can be prepared. This helps prevent costly mistakes and gives you a clear scope, expectations, and pricing before fabrication begins.

Can I customize my project?

Yes. Customization is one of the main reasons customers work with Titan Forge.

We can build custom railings, gates, stairs, workbenches, tables, trailer modifications, brackets, carts, equipment supports, and other specialty metalwork based on your needs, space, and preferred appearance.

Before fabrication begins, we confirm the dimensions, design, material selection, finish, attachment method, and intended use. Changes made after cutting, welding, or coating has started may affect pricing and schedule.

How is pricing determined?

Every custom fabrication project is priced based on the actual scope of work. That may include:

• Material type, size, thickness, and quantity
• Fabrication labor
• Welding, fitting, grinding, and finishing
• Field measurements or site visits
• Installation requirements
• Anchors, hardware, and specialty components
• Powder coating, galvanizing, paint, or other finishes

We do not price custom work by guessing. The goal is a clear proposal based on what it will actually take to build and install the project correctly.

What if I have a tight deadline?

Let us know your timeline as early as possible. We will review the scope, material availability, current schedule, finish requirements, and installation needs to determine whether the project can be completed within your requested timeframe.

Rush work may be possible depending on the project, but timelines cannot be guaranteed until the scope and schedule are confirmed.
