Engineered for Real Life. Welded in Utah County.

Your tiny home needs a trailer that’s more than just strong — it needs to be smart. That’s where I come in. I’m Jason, and I build custom, high-quality, DOT-compliant trailer foundations for tiny homes right here in Springville, Utah.

No cookie-cutter frames. No mass-produced shortcuts. Just real steel, real welds, and a real conversation about your floor plan, layout, and how you’re going to live.

🔩 Why My Tiny Home Trailers Are Different

Every trailer I build is designed from scratch to match your floor plan and layout. That means your home sits perfectly on a foundation that supports your weight, your gear, your plumbing, and whatever else you throw at it — for decades.

Here’s what you can expect when I build your tiny home trailer:

DOT-Compliant – Includes VIN, title, lighting, brakes, and meets legal towing standards

Heavy-Duty Main Frame – Usually 2″ x 6″ x 3/16″ rectangular tubing (or stronger if needed)

Outriggers – Welded on to match your floor width and sidewall layout

Crossmembers – Tight spacing (usually 24” or less) to support your subfloor

Insulation-Ready Design – Optional floor insulation bays between crossmembers

Custom Deck Height – Typically ~34″ with a deck-over-trailer, but can be raised/lowered for plumbing or stairs

Detachable Tongue – For permanent setups or a cleaner skirting system

Wiring Conduits – Built-in access points for clean, hidden electrical routing

Jacks, Steps, Tie-Downs, Anchor Points – Customized to your needs

🛠️ Built by One Guy Who Cares About Every Inch

From steel delivery to DMV paperwork, I handle every part of your build. That includes:

  • Ordering all materials

  • Cutting, welding, forming, painting

  • Electrical wiring

  • Braking systems

  • DMV registration, VIN stamping, and titling

  • And a final check that makes sure nothing is half-done

No interns, no middlemen, no wondering who built what — it’s all me. That’s how I keep my standards insanely high.

🚧 Built in My Shop — Right Here in Springville, Utah

I don’t do mobile builds or on-site repairs. My shop is where the magic happens — where everything is leveled, squared, measured twice (and cut once… unless I’m mad), and built to last.

I serve Utah County and all of Utah, and I’m happy to talk about delivery or pickup options once your build is done.

⏱ How Long Does It Take?

Most tiny home trailers take 40–50 hours of shop time, depending on the size and features. I’ll give you a clear estimate after we talk about your build. No B.S., no surprise fees.
