✅ Heavy-Duty Main Frame – Usually 2″ x 6″ x 3/16″ rectangular tubing (or stronger if needed)

✅ Outriggers – Welded on to match your floor width and sidewall layout

✅ Crossmembers – Tight spacing (usually 24” or less) to support your subfloor

✅ Insulation-Ready Design – Optional floor insulation bays between crossmembers

✅ Custom Deck Height – Typically ~34″ with a deck-over-trailer, but can be raised/lowered for plumbing or stairs

✅ Detachable Tongue – For permanent setups or a cleaner skirting system

✅ Wiring Conduits – Built-in access points for clean, hidden electrical routing

✅ Jacks, Steps, Tie-Downs, Anchor Points – Customized to your needs

Cutting, welding, forming, painting

DMV registration, VIN stamping, and titling
